Our goal at VanGo is to bring the next level of professionalism, marketing and business acumen to the vape industry in order to work with businesses like you to help as many people as possible to make the decision to switch to vaping.

With respect to this, you are the first to see the fads and trends that come and go. First there was cereals that everyone needed, then it was strawberry and creams and it went on and on...

In this regard   we at VanGo Vapes are proud to stand behind our products 100%. Our stock protection program ensures that you are as confident with our products as we are. No need to lose half or more of the value of the juice by putting it into an ever deepening discount bin,   simply send back whatever doesn't sell and we will replace it with anything else from our sizeable lineup(less a 10% restock fee).

  • No MOQ's on ANY of our flavours. From 10 mL house to 120 mL bottles, order what you want, when you want, and in whatever quantity you want.
  • We continue to be at the forefront of bottle technology. We use chubby-style bottles for everything except our Premium 30 mL bottles which are in glass.
  • Full stock protection of ALL our juices. That means that any flavours that don't sell, just send them back for credit so you can stick to what sells in your region. (10% restock fee applies - Why put it in your 50% off bin when you can replace it for just 10%?)

  • Our base turnover is that all orders that come in before 12pm PST (3pm EST) will be shipped out the next day, in order to reach you the day after. However this is our minimum.   Most of the time if you get the order in by 12pm PST (3pm EST) it will ship out the same day reaching you the very next day.
  • We stay on top of our swag. From tshirts, to hats and even things you haven't heard about, we keep you well stocked with merch to keep your customers happy, and spreading the word to come back for more.
  • What's the point of having our juice if your employees don't even know what it tastes like? On top of   free testers for every flavour you buy and   unlimited samples of flavours you don't have, your staff also get an employee allowance...
  • Every month   each one of your staff qualifies  for 3 free 60 ml bottles plus the monthly swag. You can even have it as part of your employee benefits program ;).

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE BEFORE MY ORDER SHIPS?

WHAT IS THE QUICK ORDER MATRIX?

The Quick Order Matrix is a fast and efficient matrix that allows you to select juice, quantity and nic strength all on the same page. It is a quick way to place you order through the VanGo Vapes Wholesale website.

HOW DO I USE THE QUICK ORDER MATRIX?

First, log into your VanGo Vapes wholesale account or sign up here. Then,   click on the ‘Quick Order Matrix’ graphic on the homepage as shown below.

Once logged in, find the flavors you want to order and click on 'show variants' to choose your nicotine strength. Input the total quantity per item you'd like to add to your cart and if you'd like to shop from a different collection, just use the dropdown menu at the top to select it.

Once all quantities for desired items are filled in, click the 'Add to the Cart' button at the top of the page. You'll be taken to your shopping cart where you can view your entire order, enter a discount code, and put have the option to add an order note. Once you've reviewed your order, click checkout and now you're ready to complete your order!

HOW DO I ORDER DISCONTINUED OR CUSTOM RATIO E-JUICES?

To order discontinued e-juice or if you'd like a custom VG/PG ratio applied to your order, request it in the order notes box when checking out your order. Some examples of custom orders include the following:

  • Custom Sizing Such as 250 mL, 500 mL & 1000 mL

HOW DO I GET SAMPLES TO TEST OUT VANGO'S E-LIQUIDS?

To request samples of VanGo's e-juice, request it in the order notes box when checking out your order or just fill out our information form by Clicking Here.

Please try to state the flavour that is being requested as well as the sizes and nicotine strengths preferred for sampling.

When filling out the contact form, try to include your Company Name as well as the sizes and nicotine strengths preferred for sampling. If you have staff that would like to sample our e-juices as well, we definitely will support it so feel free to request samples for everyone in the shop.

We believe that the best way to market a product is to make sure it's supported by the people behind the counter and this is just one way we do exactly that.

DOES VANGO VAPES WHOLESALE TAKE PRODUCT RETURNS?

When replacing any VanGo products, the process starts with you ordering your replacements first and when you've received the new products, you ship your returns back to us. Your replacement order is on account so take this as an opportunity to switch out or add new flavours if need be. Here's how the process works:

  • Place your replacement order - keep in mind you won't be paying for it until we process the products you will be returning. When ordering online, please ensure you write "COMPLIANCY REPLACEMENTS" in the Order Comments/Notes.
  • Once you receive the new and compliant stock, you are now ready to send back your old stock. At this time, send us a list of what you will be sending over to us and ship it all over.
  • Please ensure bottles are not damaged, expired or otherwise unusable because we may be unable to credit you for those items. If you have any concerns, please just reach out and we'll help you through the process.

  • Once we receive it, we'll process the return and apply the credit to your balance from the replacement order. Then, you'll receive a statement and you'll only pay the difference.
